We moved out-of-state and needed to sell our Austin property quickly. The market was soft and the house needed some major repairs. We never could have done it all without Jeremy Vandermause. We were impressed with his marketing strategies, as we had a surprisingly high number of showings during the slowest time of year for sales. Jeremy was super knowledgeable, a great communicator, and always responded quickly. We appreciated the great advice he gave us throughout the process and we trusted his expertise.
