Eric is the best realtor! When we wanted to sell our house we reached out to a few realtors we found online. Eric was the only one to respond immediately and offered the best marketing package. We have closed on several houses in the past and I can say no other realtor has ever provided the level of service Eric provided. We were on the other side of the world while our house was on the market and Eric took care of everything – he was even awake at crazy hours to answer any questions or to give us updates on the progress. Eric always communicates with you so you know everything that is happening all the time. We put our house on the market during the tough time to sell (back to school time) and Eric was still able to get it sold. I highly recommend Eric and will use him next time we buy or sell a house in Austin.
