Once we found the home to buy, she was there for the walk through inspections, builder meetings, closing, etc. She was always available to coach us through the process, and she was a firm advocate for us when dealing with the builder. As a seller, she was meticulous about recommending ways to stage our home. Ruth spent a lot of time with me suggesting staging ideas for each room, repairs, even referring contractors. We had been in our home for over 20 years, so we had a big job, and Ruth was extremely helpful, even meeting contractors at the house when we were too
