I am moving from Bay area, CA to Austin, TX for a job and had an idea to buy and move. Found Eric Bramlett through the Yelp reviews, and clearly gave my requirements. Eric contacted me in the next few hours, and the wonderful Vicki Duran was assigned to me!
From then, till today there is no looking back, and we are happy first time homeowners now.
This is what we love about Vicki.
She patiently listens to you and your requirements, understands them and act on it immediately. Very much faster in emails(i am usually good at emails, but am jealous now!), and she does all the homework for you before even you go to the site to see the home. Like, talking to the vendors, giving recommendations, meeting the builders, getting better deals and what not. She was with us from the day we looked into the houses and till today asking about the family — positive vibes, you know!
I would definitely, recommend this place and Vicki for my friends!
