I had purchased house in Austin and had an issue with another agent and then we contacted Eric and he was really calm and helpful. He came out of his way to help me out and also provided lot of guidance and helped me my house purchase smooth. In addition to this, his team have also helped me a lot manage my rental property in Austin. I am based in California and never had to worry about it. He and his team took really good care of it.
