I’m not one to write reviews, but needed to this time. I even had to create an account to do so.

I recently relocated from Dallas to take a medical director spot with Baylor Scott & White. We decided to move, sell our Dallas house, and buy a house in Austin in about 3 weeks. Despite the short timeline, Eric was able to find us our perfect home. I will recommend Eric and his team for the following:

1. Extremely knowledgable of the area and real state.
– Great advise on which locations would have higher potential for resale.
– Eric adapts and tailors your search quickly in order to yield great, pertinent properties. His relevant search eliminate time wasted on irrelevant properties.
2. Prompt
– Never late, respectful of your time both when you meet for showings.
– Timely reply to questions via email, phone, or message.
3. Valuable resource
– Helped us setup of renovation with crews he works with at his own properties.
– Went above and beyond at the time of closing to make sure it was completed on time.
– Helped us arrange the pick up of our keys.

Eric is excellent at what he does, it is that simple.
