We were considering moving from San Francisco to Austin so we took a trip out to Austin to check out the neighborhoods. Before we went, we did a bunch of research to find a good real estate agent that could show us around. We ended up with Kasey Gilliam from Bramlett Residential and she was amazing! Kasey drove us around the neighborhoods for two days straight, showed us a bunch of properties, gave us an overview of the pros and cons of different neighborhoods in Austin, and also gave us her opinion on each of the properties we saw. I’ve worked with real estate agents that just go with you, open the door, and then don’t give you any advice on the property. In my opinion that’s not helpful at all, and Kasey certainly added a lot of value in our decision-making process! I would highly recommend Kasey to anyone who’s considering buying in Austin.
