Everything with our home buying process went astonishingly smoothly, from the first call with Craig for him to get a sense of what we were looking for all the way through closing. My husband and I kept joking that something was bound to go wrong since 2020 has been rough in so many ways, but we were both incredibly pleased when everything went perfectly. Craig went above and beyond to help us through this process. Being first-time, out-of-state home buyers, we started out intimidated by the process and a bit overwhelmed by all of the moving pieces. But Craig was there from start to finish, taking as much time as we needed to answer all of our questions, big and small, in a knowledgeable and friendly way. We put a lot of trust in Craig since we were still out of town for the final walkthrough and closing and he exceeded our expectations with his attention to detail, his responsiveness, his standing up for our needs with the builders, and how well he kept us in the loop each step of the way. I know he balances a bunch of clients at once, but we always felt like his top priority and we simply couldn’t be any happier with his work. Everything was just that perfect. This was an incredible experience and we’re so happy in our new home!
