Kasey Gilliam was AMAZING!! As a first home buyer I had little knowledge about the process or what it looked like (and was SUPER nervous) — Kasey made this super easy and helped me understand everything that was happening along the way. Kasey clued me in on a ton of stuff that she didn’t necessarily need to and I truly felt that she had my best interest in mind from start to finish. She answered every question I had right away and was super flexible and quick to get me in to see properties at times that worked with my schedule. She took the time to go over all the documentation with me to ensure I understood what I was signing and agreeing to, she showed up to every inspection and helped research some issues and reached out to her contacts so we could get an estimate of possible repairs. By the time this process was over I felt like an experienced home buyer due to her knowledge and everything she shared with me and made sure I knew.

I feel truly blessed to have been a client of Kasey’s –I’ve spoke to many others who have gone through the processes and often times heard horror stories of their experiences due to their realtor. I still can’t believe I got so lucky to work with Kasey! I have recommended her to every person I talk to! She is experienced, professional and very personable. I love my new house and don’t plan on every leaving — but if I am every in the market for another purchase I can only hope that Kasey would take me on again!
