We couldn’t have been happier with Tara McGuire and Bramlett for our first home-buying experience! Tara is extremely organized, uber-responsive, and has this process down – all of which made me feel very confident from the start. Plus, she’s super friendly and fun to hang out with while looking at houses. She turned around our offer in less than 24 hours (!) and when it was accepted she had her inspector there the next day; she even called her foundation expert for a second opinion. In the meantime she gave us her top recommendations for lenders and insurance (all of whom were great). She thinks of everything and is well-connected. The process really couldn’t have been smoother from start to finish and I know it is ALL thanks to Tara. I highly, highly recommend her!!
