My sister and I had inherited a property in a dynamic but cooling market. Through transparent research, Eric suggested a well considered listing price related to the condition and age of the property that allowed for a quick sale. We received multiple offers that ultimately drove up the price because we were priced right to begin with. Eric himself was approachable, extremely knowledgeable about the Austin market, and stayed in contact with my sister and I/ or was available during the whole sales process, from start to finish–especially the rough patches.
