Joe Gage and the Bramlett team helped us get our house ready to sell while we were traveling abroad and the house was leased. No small feat working and coordinating with our tenant/property manager and various service providers to install a new roof, paint exterior of the house, and make sundry repairs. Joe had the house listed within 3 weeks of our tenant’s departure and multiple offers were recieved the first weekend on the market. Fantastic communications and attention to details.
