Crystal Hirst is a super star! We started our process in March 2022 when the market was riddled with crazy prices and bidding wars. We came from a much more affordable area and were definitely experiencing sticker shock. Crystal really helped us figure out a realistic budget and the areas that would meet our needs. We eventually decided on a new build but it had some serious delays. Crystal worked to find us alternatives. When we considered staying with the new build, Crystal went back to the builder and got the price reduced (Commiserate with the market softening), incentives increased, and a close date locked in. Crystal even gave us advice on selling our old house (in another city) and she wasn’t even the realtor for that house. Crystal has been great and I recommend her any chance I get.
