Couldn’t be more thankful to have Eric Bramlett as my broker especially for my 1st ever home purchase! He was personally recommended to me by the builder I work for and as soon as I engaged him with interest he went to work. Being in the construction industry I was mindful of ideal locations to invest in and didn’t need to bother with numbers. Eric though took the initiative to provide evaluations anyway which is one of the many examples of the sort of consideration he puts into working with you. My interest was mostly with affordable new construction which he provided options to weigh out. It is helpful he is interconnected and is able to provide personal feedback on developers he has worked with. It is also refreshing to have someone as invested as you are in your dwelling. Such a good experience and would certainly seek Eric Bramlett as my broker again when needed.
