Patrick was our third realtor in 5 years (yes, we move too frequently). He was absolutely incredible and we just wish we had found him sooner. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He was patient and accommodating–with everything from our requests to look at a ton of homes to our requirement to bring our kids with us to long days of house shopping and even to last-minute phone calls asking if he could set up immediate showings on new listings. Patrick is extremely responsive and I always felt like he was a huge advocate for our needs and our financial desires. A+ work all the way.
