After months spinning my wheels, I decided to make a cold-call to Bramlett Residential to see if I could find a buyer’s agent that worked for me. Look no further. As a first-time homebuyer, Patrick had my back every step of the way. His knowledge of the Austin neighborhoods is deep and further broadened by the unique perspective of a fellow cyclist. We immediately starting making lists of homes/properties, and within a day’s notice, he’d have timely, organized schedules of how to catch them all. In the unforgiving early-2021 Austin market, he even managed to renegotiate my contract to save me a bundle. We were able to snag our dream starter home because we were the first to put in a backup offer after Patrick speedily secured the information we needed to make the decision.
