We are looking to relocate from CA to TX and was looking for a reliable local agent in TX to help us through the process. The welcome to the neighborhood emails have been really informative and the regular newsletters give us a good idea and keeps us up to date on the current market situations. He is punctual, professional, responsive, and always ready to help. Since we are still in CA in the process of moving, many things had to be done remotely. Patrick was really my boots on the ground and helped me to take videos tours of houses, live stream the new home orientations and communicate with the builder’s rep to ensure the process go as smoothly as possible. He’s even helping to pick up the keys and hold on to them until we get there. I am happy to say that the house closed on time and everything went without hiccup.
