Trey is a native-born Texan who has called Austin home for more than a decade. He has lived and worked all over the city and developed an intimate knowledge of Austin's wide variety of neighborhoods and communities. As he watched Austin flourish into a rich metro with something to offer everyone, Trey discovered a true love for real estate and in doing so found his calling. By coupling this newfound passion with his natural desire to help others, Trey quickly developed into an agent that his clients describe as a top-notch listener and communicator that takes the time to get to know them and their specific needs and who advocates for them tirelessly at the negotiating table and throughout the buying or selling process. Trey lives in North-Central Austin with his wife, Katheryn, and their very lazy lab-mix rescue, Summer. In his spare time, he enjoys woodworking, grilling steaks, mowing the lawn, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Trey Blanco was fantastic to work with. We started our home buying journey in late February when we first reached out. Things got pretty serious only a few weeks later when we started making offers on homes. The first home we went to see had 5 separate parties waiting outside for the open house when we pulled up (it ended up having 28 offers when it eventually sold). Trey helped us to navigate this crazy market (which is even crazier as a non-cash buyer) until we found our new home!
