This was my first time selling a home so I was nervous about picking the right realtor. I stumbled across Bramlett Residential through some google searches and I am so thankful that I did. Will Mackintosh was my realtor and he was so great to work with. Because of Covid, everything was done virtually and it was really easy. Will was very responsive, patient, and kind. The entire team was great to work with. They were thorough, answered all my questions, and sent me all the “action items” that I needed to complete with plenty of lead time so that I never felt rushed. They explained everything so that I knew exactly what was happening and what was expected of me. When it came to negotiating with the buyers, Will provided his guidance and expert opinion which I listened to without hesitation. Overall, I couldn’t be happier and I’ve already recommended Will to a few friends!
