Tyson was very helpful, knowledgeable, and detailed throughout the whole process of selling our home. He was conscientious in his approach and took the time to answer each of my questions and concerns with a calmness and patience that really put my mind at ease.
He kept us updated with each showing, viewing and shared feedback from potential buyers with us in a timely manner.
His weekly update emails were also very informative and kept us in the loop on the numbers and expectations. While we would have loved hearing more positive feedback and hopeful words from him during the process of waiting for a buyer, we did appreciate the fact that he was very realistic and never gave us any false hope. We liked the fact that he did not “try to sell us on anything” at any point and that let the facts speak for themselves instead.
