This was our first time selling a home and Tyson was incredibly patient with every single question we had about how things were done. Trust me, we had A LOT of questions. He gave us sound input and information to make educated decisions, but at the end of the day it was just that: OUR DECISION. Tyson let us make the calls on pricing, price-cuts, staging, etc. I can’t speak highly enough about Tyson. As friendly as he is, he lived up to his promise of being “a bulldog in negotiations”! He did not accept anything less than what he would’ve accepted for his own home. I truly believe that. There were several times he told agents and unrepresented buyers alike “no” and that their offers were unrealistic or “no, my clients will not entertain that”. Loved it!

He wanted to know me, and not just trying to sell a home. I was extremely anxious and he brought a calming presence. He advocated for me when the builder pushed back on our requests. While we would have loved hearing more positive feedback and hopeful words from him during the process of waiting for a buyer, we did appreciate the fact that he was very realistic and never gave us any false hope. We liked the fact that he did not “try to sell us on anything” at any point and that let the facts speak for themselves instead. He was also very flexible and cooperative with our questions and feedback, as well as with our hectic schedules throughout our military move. Thank you again for everything, Tyson! Tyson was awesome about giving us all the details we needed for each step. He was punctual, super professional and reliable, and was always personable when it came to answering any questions we had. He understood my requirements and set up searches and gave me unbiased feedback on the properties , like how fiduciary does. He also understood that time is of the essence when it comes to finding property information such as surveys, plat map etc from the seller agent and writing offers. He met with me two times and even though I am purchasing the property from out of state I felt very comfortable about the area by leaning on his expertise. We moved the whole family to Austin for a career change and jumped right into a hectic seller’s market, looking to buy a home. A friend had recommended Bramlett Residential and introduced us to Tyson via email. Tyson got a list from us detailing the specific things we needed in our new home. He used this to generate possibilities in a list which he emailed to us frequently while we settled affairs out of state. After a few weeks, we had a great collection of homes that were the right size, within our budget, and in the area we wanted to live. We moved into a temporary rental and started viewing homes with Tyson. Over the course of several evenings, Tyson led us all over the north Austin area looking at different homes. He fine-tuned what he showed us next based on things we liked or did not. He even recognized a listing that was tantamount to a scam and steered us clear of it. Eventually, we found a home that checked all the boxes and then some. Tyson went to bat for us and even had to wrangle the listing agent a bit over some things she had missed. We were glad for his advocacy and despite an almost hostile market for buyers, purchased our new home within a month of moving to Austin. Tyson was a consummate professional. He was patient, and worked hard to find my family a home that suited all our needs. During our move I had a friend tell me he wanted to relocate his family out to the Austin area. I connected him to Bramlett without hesitation and they are closing on a home as I write this
