We recently worked with Will Mackintosh from Bramlett Residential to sell our home. Will met with us before listing, and laid out a good selling strategy based on compiled selling data over the past year, noting the best time to go on the market. Will was flexible with our time and communicated updates regularly. When it came time for showing the home, we received updates every time someone visited and received feedback from some realtors on what their clients thought of the place. We were only on the market 4 days before we were under contract with an offer at roughly asking price. All things considered, we found the process to be pretty smooth. We would list with Bramlett Residential in the future.
