My two siblings and I were assisting our elderly mother in selling her house. Only my mother lives in Austin, so our request was for all three of us to be included and cc’d in all communications with our mother. Will and team were amazing at keeping everyone in the loop and hopping on zoom conferences so we could all ‘meet’ to discuss items as they came up. The professionalism of the team and their competent use of technology had the whole family feeling confident that our mom and her house were in good hands.
