We originally tried with a friend’s recommendation with a local realtor and it never panned out, he always acted as if he was too busy. When I got with Craig, we never felt that we weren’t his top priority. We contacted him the first time on 12/12/19, had a small area to work with and a lower budget, but he got us into the perfect home, in the perfect spot in the perfect neighborhood. Couldn’t be more happy with our interaction and will make sure anyone I know goes not only to Eric Bramlett, but to Craig McGuire.
