Vicki Duran was our realtor. I would like to start off by saying I have never worked with a more knowledgeable and caring person. Vicki has helped us buy a house in the past, has just helped us sell a house, and has been beyond wonderful that we have referred her to very close friends and family members. Vicki went out of her way every time we called to accommodate our needs and requests and has always answered immidiately. She is very familiar with Austin and its surrounding cities, which made the process much easier. All we had to do was let her know exactly what our wants and needs were and she did all the work for us. She made the process of buying and selling extremely easy and pain free. I really don’t know what else to say other than Vicki is AMAZING and if you are in need of a realtor that actually cares, you must reach out to Vicki!
