Although we had met several Austin agents in the past, no one particularly impressed us. As long distance buyers, it was extra important to find an agent who would work hard for us. We found the agency website and were impressed with the resources for out of town buyers. When we inquired, Kasey Gilliam was assigned to us. That could not have been a better match!

Over two short trips to Austin and much email and text conversation, Kasey helped us understand more about the Austin market and our options. The market emails from her were very helpful and saved us from searching Realtor or Zillow. Kasey was always available — truly, I don’t know how she juggles everything. She has energy and a positive outlook. And I particularly liked that she showed us a couple of houses that weren’t on our list but that she thought we’d like. She also guided us through the process of buying a house that was not yet on the market, and then through a long distance close.

We’ve worked with several outstanding agents in our house-buying past, and Kasey stands at the top of the list with the best of them.
