Within a couple of hours of sending our callback request via their website (on a Sunday), our agent Craig McGuire called us to answer our questions and determine our new home needs. He immediately sent us information on existing homes as well as builders for the area we were looking at, and made himself available for all of our first-time buyer inquiries. We chose to purchase a new construction home in Buda, and Craig was there every single step of the way. He was proactive in addressing our needs, and made sure we were comfortable with the build process. He made us very much feel that we were a priority, and are relieved to know that we now have an excellent realtor when we are ready to make our next move. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to buy (or sell) a home.
