Especially in this crazy Austin seller’s real estate market in the Lakeway/Bee Caves/Dripping Springs area, where homes were going for way over listing price quickly for multiple offers, we needed a responsive, savvy, expert in real estate and Linda pulled out all the stops for us. She was super responsive even within a couple minutes of an email or text request and consistently went above and beyond getting us comps, hoa docs, and home info beyond what could be found on the MLS we could see.
