We were new to the Austin area and Googled real estate agents. We were fortunate to find Bramlett Real Estate. Eric met with us and decided to pair us up with agent Vicki Duran who lives in the Georgetown area. I respect the fact that Eric listened to us and what we were looking for and guided us to the agent that would best fit us.

We are retired but didn’t want to live in a retirement community. We gave Vicki the things we really wanted to have in a home (3 bedroom, 2 bath, ranch style, gas range, built before 1998, and a medium size yard for a couple of dogs). She listened to every detail. She called us just a few days later and said, “I think I have the perfect house for you.” We set an appointment to see it and sure enough – it was the perfect house for us!

Vicki helped us negotiate the deal and walked us through the entire process. She was so dedicated that she came to our final walk-thru even though she had knee replacement surgery just a couple of weeks earlier – what a trouper!
