We worked with Tara McGuire who has been by far the best realtor we’ve ever worked with. We recently moved to Austin and had zero idea of where we should buy. Tara was incredibly patient and organized putting together a list of pros and cons on where to live based on where my husband and I were working. She is comfortable with all budget levels and goes to bat to get you the best deal. We ended up deciding to go with a new build and she went above and beyond giving us decorating advice when we went to our design appointments as well as exterior and interior add on advice. She has been a critical part to the process throughout all of the ups and downs of building a home; getting involved when things didn’t go the right way. We closed 2 weeks ago and she is still heavily involved giving us advice on where to go for all things house related. She has truly been a pleasure to work with and someone I can call a friend after such a long process.
