We were lucky enough to stumble across Bramlett real estate when looking for our next home. Our home search began in late 2014 when Tara McGuire responded to an inquiry we had on a listing. She was immediately responsive, informative and really invested in helping us with the process. We were selling our first home and it was quite an emotional process that I don’t think we were really ready for. She was not only insanely patient with us while we looked at home after home, but she was also very supportive in helping us get our home ready for sale so we could get the best price the market had to offer. By 2016 we were finally emotionally ready to sell and our home was on the market for only 3 days. We received more than our asking price and everything went off without a hitch from the listing to close. I couldn’t recommend Tara highly enough for anyone’s real estate needs. Not only did we have the best agent, but I really felt like we had a great friend throughout the whole process. I wish I had another home to sell just to work with her again.
