Today’s real estate market has remarkably changed.  You now have to compete against not only higher prices, limited inventory but also multiple bids.  Craig McGuire was excellent in his approach to what is available, how to negotiate and offer the most attractive contract in a bidding war and also making sure that he is available to show when something does come on the market.  I got out-bidded three times but in the end it was definitely worth it for finding the best home and more room for your buck.
