First, she found us the perfect home in our perfect neighborhood that wasn’t even on the market yet! She negotiated a great deal that was clear cut and got additional repairs completed by the seller that not all sellers would necessarily agree to. She also connected us with great lenders who really worked hard for us to make a complicated loan happen. She scheduled contractors and a designer to come into the home during escrow who gave us quotes on changes we wanted to make on the home so we knew where to budget our money. Not only that, but she connected us with a great professional organizer who helped with all the unpacking and organizing and made the process so efficient and pleasant.
