No Monthly Fees. Seriously.
Monthly fees are a money grab and allow brokerages to profit from low producing agents. We don’t work with low producers, so we don’t need to charge monthly fees. This generally saves agents $4000 to $6000 per year in junk fees. -
50% Commission on Company Leads ($0 Fees)
We produce great leads and could certainly try to take more than 50% on company deals. We’ve found that great agents don’t want to work for less than 50%. Since we only work with great agents, we keep a fair 50/50 split on our great leads.

Graduated Commission Structure
As agents become top producers, they naturally begin looking for better splits. We want to retain our top producers and encourage our up-and-comers to become top producers. We accomplish this by offering a 3-tier graduated commission structure that rewards agents as they produce more. The best part? You can graduate to a higher tier, but you can’t be demoted. -
Tier I: Under $10M in Annual Production
If you produced less than $10M in personal production in the previous calendar year, then your split is 80/20 on the first $5M in personal production and 95/5 on everything $5M and beyond. -
Tier II: $10M+ in Annual Production
If you produced more than $10M in personal production in the previous calendar year, then your split is 90/10 on the first $10M in personal production and 95/5 on everything $10M and beyond.
