- Get your Bramlett email & schedule email migration
- Export your database
- Set up Bramlett accounts
- Design assets (headshot, signs, email signature, etc.)
- Establish a plan for active listings
- Establish a plan for your form filling/e-signature tools
Move Your License & Change ABoR Affiliation
Onboarding
- Read Bramlett's policies
- Update social media profiles
- Update Zillow profile & join our Zillow team
- Join internal email group & internal Facebook group
- Transfer listings with ABoR & schedule new signs to be delivered to properties (if applicable)
In Person Meeting
- Confirm setup of Bramlett accounts
- Teach Bramlett tech & systems
- Go over requirements for Leads Onboarding (if applicable)
Homework
- Review our Company Guide
- Finalize relationships and ratings for FUB contacts
- Complete requirements for Leads Onboarding (if applicable)
