Abby’s the best! We were first time home buyers and super overwhelmed by the whole process at first, but Abby broke things down for us every step of the way and made everything so easy to understand. She even hustled to set up a showing for a house on the 4th of July for us – talk about dedication! Abby was great to work with. In my experience listing agents often seem to disappear after they have the listing. Abby worked tirelessly to help us get the house sold in a difficult market. Abby remained in contact, offered great advice that helped us market the home and skillfully walked us through closing with a buyer who continued to attempt to negotiate up until the day of closing. Abby is an Austin native who knows the market and the city well, and she’s a really nice person.

She grew up in the central Texas area and knows more than most about neighborhoods and climate considerations. Most importantly, she stays on a timeline and keeps the process moving forward. When I couldn’t be available due to my travel schedule for a few critical steps in the process she jumped in to be the errand runner to make it happen. She’s on top of her game and highly communicative throughout the process. I’ve used many agents in Austin over the years but none as personable and willing to get the best for her clients. She has nurtured a strong network of contractors and other professionals she can call upon to assist you in finishing what it takes to get your home ready for the closing process. She’s like a one-stop shop and I was very pleased with her work.
