Lauren made this process an absolute dream! She was excellent about breaking down the complicated ins and outs of purchasing a home into small, easy to consume explanations. Things like this tend to overwhelm me and I was fully prepared to not understand a thing that was going on. Thanks to Lauren’s expertise and her approach to the process, I feel confident in what I have learned through this process.
I was also impressed with her ability to really understand the intricacies of what kind of home we were searching for. We are fairly picky and had a specific vision in mind- she completely nailed it.
My husband and I are pretty critical people and I’m so thrilled to be able to say that there wasn’t one moment either of us said “I wish Lauren would have…” or “It would be better if…” Lauren anticipated every single one of our needs and concerns and was immediately ready with a response or solution.
I have never worked with a Realtor before, but I find it hard to believe the process could be as enjoyable with anyone else. I absolutely recommend Lauren’s services to anyone buyer or selling in the future and will be giving her a call if/when we are on the hunt again.

Lauren was a dream to work with and the whole process went really smoothly because of all the hard work that Lauren did behind-the-scenes on our behalf. She made every interaction that we had with the other parties involved as painless as possible, and always had a smile on her face.
We had a great experience with Lauren from the start. I think that Lauren listened really well to our wants and needs, and she delivered on most of the properties that we viewed. She had her ear to the ground and even showed us a property that hadn’t gone on the market yet, and it was nearly perfect. When it came to the property that we finally decided on, we felt that Lauren wasn’t just our agent, she was an advocate for us and was instrumental in negotiating an arrangement that worked for both the sellers and us. Other than that, I really appreciated her patience in explaining various aspects of the process to us, her candor about what seemed like market value for any properties, and her diligence in curating listings that would appeal to us, by again, taking feedback from each property we saw. Despite the various hardships involved in buying a place in these uncertain times, Lauren always seemed on top of it all and things just went really smoothly. All in all, Lauren was amazing, and we would highly recommend her to any of our friends if they were in the market to buy a property.

Lauren Yoder helped me purchase a home recently, and I could not recommend her more. She was so thoughtful and responsive, always sending great homes to look at and consider. She didn’t mind when I would tack on extra houses to a long day of looking, and she was able to meet quickly when new houses popped up (so necessary in Austin!). She helped us put in a few offers before securing a house we loved, and she kept our spirits high throughout the process (houses are like buses – there’s always another one coming, she’d say). We’re so happy now in the house that we bought, and she got us a phenomenal deal on it – we were able to secure all of the improvements we requested and got it at a lower price than listed. Best of all, she is friendly and eager to help. Highly recommended!
My boyfriend and I just purchased our first home, and were so lucky to have been able to work with Lauren Yoder. I honestly cannot put into words how amazing Lauren is – we attribute the ease and success of this process entirely to her. As first time home buyers, we felt really nervous and in over our head at the very beginning. But from the moment we connected with Lauren, we felt more on top of the process, and excited to pursue our search.
We continue to be in awe of Lauren’s wealth of knowledge, authenticity, and reliability. Above all else, we felt like we could really trust Lauren, and like she had our back throughout the process. She went above and beyond. Not only did she help us with the search (giving us a realistic idea of pricing / neighborhoods / old vs new homes, etc.), she was so helpful in walking us through the process of signing the contract and negotiating with the seller, and even reminding us of things like turning on our utilities and getting home insurance (going the extra mile of providing us with contact information and recommendations for those services!). I truly cannot think of one thing she could have done any differently / better.

I can highly recommend our real estate agent, Lauren Yoder with Bramlett Residential. She is professional, thoroughly knowledgeable and easy to work with. She guided us through the process of finding a home in the area we wanted and negotiated a good price within our budget. The house needed some updating and remodeling and Lauren recommended a contractor and designer we really liked working with. She was a good source for roofer and window company as well. Lauren is results oriented and is great at keeping all the details of a real estate transaction organized and the process moving forward. In preparing our old house to sell she judiciously focused on updating and painting areas of the house that would most increase appeal and implemented well thought out landscaping ideas. The house sold readily for a good price. In the last couple of years Lauren has helped several family members buy and sell homes and we have all been very happy with the the results. I don’t have enough great things to say about Lauren Yoder as my agent. I had been searching for a house for 3 months with other agents/Zillow/RedFin/etc before I finally connected with Lauren. It was a world of difference when I started working with her. I had a very specific location, pricing, and home condition for my search, and Lauren continuously spent a ton of time and effort looking for properties that fit my criteria that were both on and off market. Her knowledge of the east side is unmatched and ultimately led to me finding my ideal home! We spent many days looking at properties, on the phone, and texting, and Lauren was very patient with me and available to answer questions and concerns at every step in the process. Her attention to detail and transparency made this a seamless process for me, which is crucial as a first time single homebuyer. She always made me feel like a priority, even though I know she’s balancing many clients at a time. I don’t plan to buy another home for a while, but would highly recommend Lauren to anyone I know who is!

Eric and his team are amazing! We have used Eric to sell two houses, buy one, and find a tenant for another. We can’t get enough of his professionalism! Thanks to our agent Lauren the whole process of buying a home felt much easier than expected.
