We, honestly, cannot say enough about Barrett. Knowing he had experience with relocation companies, and his superb knowledge of our neighborhood is what sold us on him. He answered every call, text, and email professionally and on time. This was our first time working with a relocation company, and Barrett took the time to explain
and guide us through the entire process. It is so important to have a good working relationship with your Realtor, and we feel very fortunate to have worked with him. We can only hope to find someone close to Barrett in Washington State when we decide to buy here.

If I was going to sum up my experience with Barrett in one word, it would be ‘Professional.’ I personally think this is the best compliment you can give to someone for their job. Barrett was always available and responded to every call or text very timely, and even if he didn’t have the answer immediately and needed to rely on others for the
answers, he would set expectations on when I could expect an answer and eventually provide the answer needed. This was our first home buying process, and both my fiance and I felt comfortable with Barrett throughout the entire process. During every walkthrough we had, he did a great job of answering any questions we had and was
careful not to force his opinions on the house unless we specifically asked for his opinion. He let us know what to expect during each step of the process and made sure we felt comfortable, and never made us feel rushed. I really can’t say enough about my experience with Barrett, and I am grateful for having worked with him. I would absolutely
recommend Barrett to anyone and plan on working with him again in the future.

Barrett did a great job for us in many ways. His knowledge of the area (west, southwest Austin) was very helpful to us as we wanted to locate near our children and near a golf club. He advised us on clubs (he is uniquely qualified to do that!) and helped us identify the neighborhoods we were interested in. He worked tirelessly to show us houses and
was always helpful and knowledgeable. Most importantly, he spotted the house we bought before it hit the market and alerted us immediately. We couldn’t ask for more from a Realtor. He was a pleasure to work with. We felt he was a straight shooter and a good listener. We would definitely recommend him to friends.

Our experience working with Barrett was nothing less than amazing. He first came on our radar when he sold a house on our street before it hit the market. When it came time to sell our house, Barrett came prepared with market analysis data and confidence that he would sell our house quickly at a strong price point. Barrett was not pushy and
always gave us the necessary data to make informed decisions. His recommendations on painters, handymen, landscapers, stagers, and photographers were all a pleasure to work with and truly got our house looking its best. We received multiple offers within the first few weeks, and Barrett helped immensely throughout the process to ensure
everything went smoothly. And it did. Thank you, Barrett! It was then a no-brainer to work with Barrett on our new home purchase. Again, Barrett worked within the parameters we gave him. Originally, we thought that central Austin would no longer be an option with our growing family. Barrett was able to locate a new construction home in
Tarrytown that met our needs and then was able to negotiate to stay within our budget. We couldn’t be happier about our new home. Barrett was fantastic to work with both selling and buying. Highly recommended.

Zoe recently helped us sell our home in Bear Creek Crossing. Our sale was tricky due to having already relocated out of state but Zoe was incredible through the process. She was by our side from start to finish. Zoe is knowledgeable, responsive, and honest. She was able to set up realistic expectations and kept in consistent contact to keep us up to date. Zoe was truly a champion for us. We couldn’t be more grateful for having had her in our corner.

Kasey and her team are simply amazing. We felt guided and taken care of through the entire process. Kasey’s extensive research and knowledge of the market, pricing and timing made our entire experience seamless. We wouldn’t use anyone else to buy or sell a house.

Rob Gordon from Bramlett Residential is fantastic! I truly believe we would not have sold our home as quickly or for as good of a price if it hadn’t been for Rob. He really understands real estate and is extremely good at what he does. This was our first experience selling a house and Rob patiently walked us through every step of the process. He took time to explain the market, his strategy, and all the paperwork. When it came time to negotiate he went to bat for us. He happily answered all of our questions and actively coached us through to signing day. We could not be more pleased with our experience. We highly recommend Rob.

Bottom line is Barrett was great! My wife and I were talking after the closing and how remarkable it was that we never had to prod for information or worry that we were asking too many questions. Barrett kept us in the loop, anticipated questions, and was insanely fast at replying and preparing documents. We will definitely be using Barrett when we move from our house.

My wife and I had the pleasure of recently conducting two transactions with Bramlett, one purchase and one sale. We had worked with Kasey Gilliam on both, for which I give her my highest endorsement possible. Kasey is without a doubt the best real estate agent I’ve known.

Most importantly, in both transactions, Kasey facilitated outcomes that we were extremely happy with. We found a new home that suits are family perfectly, and our old home was under contract within 24 hours of being listed. Both were at price points that were very satisfactory. Second, the processes throughout were handled with great diligence, which eased a lot of stress! Throughout, Kasey was rock solid dependable who answered our many questions thoroughly and quickly, and always explained to us where we were with each step and what was next so we were always well informed. As a strategist, Kasey is sharp and great with finding that right balance between hard data and intuition which led to outstanding results.

Kasey also has a wonderful team from her assistant Kim and others at the agency who helped with the administrative burden making each transaction seamless. Kasey’s network was also of great value. On the sell side, she knew just the right person to help paint cabinets, make repairs, landscape, and clean windows. Each of these contacts were reliable – we’ve already used one at our new house and will use the others when needed.

Overall, I can’t say enough about how wonderful Kasey and the Bramlett team have been for my family. I recommend her as strongly as I have with any professional!

I chose Barrett for many reasons. The primary was that he assisted me in my last
purchase. He is one of the most honest and forthcoming people I know. It’s rare to find that in the industry as commission seems to be the overriding factor for many of the decisions or comments. I never felt that he was in it just for the money. My best interest was always accounted for. I have enough experience between my transactions here in Texas as well as in California to know that you just don’t find agents like him. I would
only choose to do business with him in this market.

Barrett Sandefur recently assisted my wife and I with purchasing a home in Buda. We
