Craig McGuire was great! I couldn’t have asked for a better representative. He was friendly, patient, responsive, and took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for, even early on when I was looking second hand with a friend.
While I was looking from out of town, he was my eyes and ears on the ground and took the time to send me high quality, commentated videos of what he saw. It really helped me make an informed decision from many miles away. His monthly emails kept me informed when I was unsure of what the market was going to look like while the community was dealing with the coronavirus and his connections kept us rolling through our aggressive closing timeline.
The 3 of us bought a house in Leander TX, which Craig McGuire found for us; he was very helpful and patient with us, this was our first time buying a house as investment property, and he helped us navigate the extra challenges of getting an LLC setup while going through the whole process of bidding on and buying the house. He walked us though the whole process from looking at houses, bidding, through the final closing. He kept us informed on the next steps, so we always knew we what to keep after next.

I worked with Craig McGuire and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. It took around 4 months from when I first got in touch with Craig until I was serious about making an offer and he was patient and not at all pushy. He was always prompt in answering my questions via email or text, even when asking during evening hours and on weekends. Craig offered sound advice on strategies for making offers and what to ask for during the negotiations. He also kept me up to date on what I needed to do each step of the way during the closing process and worked with the lender on my behalf.
Craig has been nothing but helpful, even after closing on the house with a couple questions I’ve had. He has connections with contractors and has offered me referrals any time I need them. I highly recommend working with him if you need to buy a home.
We originally tried with a friend’s recommendation with a local realtor and it never panned out, he always acted as if he was too busy. When I got with Craig, we never felt that we weren’t his top priority. We contacted him the first time on 12/12/19, had a small area to work with and a lower budget, but he got us into the perfect home, in the perfect spot in the perfect neighborhood.
