Adrienne Laosa was a huge help to me when my family came across an urgent situation. We decided to move my mother in law in with us, but we were already stretched pretty thin in our 3 bedroom home with two kids, two dogs and both my husband and I working from home. We needed to get a larger house, but decided we wanted to keep our current one as an investment to rent out and make some additional income for our growing family. A friend of ours recommended Adrienne and we are so thankful they did! I think she is known more so for investment sales, but her single family sales knowledge was pretty stellar, too.
Not only did she quickly help us identify a larger home to comfortably fit our whole family plus with an extra work place, she went above and beyond to help us coordinate fixing up our old house for rent with using a whole bunch of her local vendors. She leased the old house for us really fast for a great price and found great renters that just renewed with us for another year! She responded quickly to our questions (not to mention knew the answer to EVERY one of them) and Adrienne actually ended up feeling more like family than just your average realtor. I’d use her again in a heartbeat.
I have been working with Eric and his team since 2015 and I must say what a pleasure it has been to work with them. While renting my home out, we got several offers but they did detailed analysis of each potential tenant and found us one who they thought will have the best run in long term without any hustle. Well, they have been spot on. Our current tenant have been awesome and have twice renewed their lease agreement since then. Eric and team have been super responsive and helped us with new lease contract. We have also used their property management service in the past. They have a well oiled process in place and you don’t need to do anything. When our property had some air conditioning issues, they found the best person to repair with best rates and we have to do nothing literally. I think experience does matter when dealing with real estate and these guys are my preferred partner.
Bailey had helped us find a great rental and now helped us find an amazing home to buy. I can’t say enough about great she is! She was always super responsive and answered all of my questions so quickly. She was honest and I never felt like I was pushed into making a decision, yet supported us throughout the entire process. I’ve had experience with a few different realtors over the last 10 years and have purchased both rental properties as well as my primary home. Eric helped our family with our last home and primary residence as we were looking for a new realtor at the time. We found him after reading reviews on Yelp and decided to take the chance and give him a ring.
Me and my wife liked him immediately. The thing we immediately noticed was that he didn’t make assumptions or project his own biases on us. We’ve worked with other realtors in the past that seemed to make way too many assumptions or judgements instead of trying to understand what we were looking for. Eric was extremely patient, receptive, and down to earth without being presumptuous or pushy.
He’s one of the most knowledgable people in the Austin market and that became clear pretty quickly. He’s very humble, but we later found out that he’s not only a realtor, but a property manager and investor in Austin.
