I found this realtor group though Yelp and after a quick survey through their site asking what areas I was looking in, Ashley Vavasour called me. For example, she recommended we go out of town the weekend we listed the house for sale. She gave me a couple interim updates and told me when I got my first offer (plus I had access to the system that records the visits) but basically didn’t worry me about anything until we got all the offers in (7!) and presented which one was best and why it was best. On the other hand, when I was buying, she kept me in the loop with every action – she submitted the offer, the other agent acknowledged, how any negotiations were going, etc. There’s no doubt Tara is a great choice!
