Working with Bramlett was the easiest and best decision I ever made. I was able to work with Vivia Robertson and I can honestly say I was blown alway with her every step of the way. As a first time home buyer I had so many questions and Vivia took the time to really break every thing down for me and make sure I knew what I was getting myself into. She was so lively and great to tour houses with. I could not ask for more flexibility. The token moment I knew I had the best realtor was when we were doing the final inspection on my home and Vivia actually took my trash bins out in front of my house to make sure they were empty when I moved in. Vivia Robertson did an amazing job helping us find our home in Austin. I would highly recommend her. She is such a kind and genuine person and did a great job at truly understanding our needs and helping us narrow down properties based on those needs. We were moving from out of town and Vivia always helped to best accommodate our schedule and set us up with very efficient plans for viewing homes when we were in town. She even previewed some homes for us and sent detailed videos to us ahead of time to help further tailor our search when we had limited in person time. She is a breath of fresh air and was/is always ready to help us in any way, whether it be pointing out important things to note in the homes we were viewing, helping to wrangle our toddler so my husband and I could focus, or answering our endless questions via email or text. Further, her brokerage has great tools that sent us new properties and information on what homes in the area were selling for, which helped us put together a competitive and fair offer when it was time. Her communication and follow-through is unmatched in my experience. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Vivia. But, most importantly she priced our house right. Further, she made realistic suggestions and found a fantastic stager, both of which helped to show the house in the best light possible. Vivia was very responsive and did everything she said she would. The marketing was exquisite and so professional. Our house sold so quickly that we decided instead to rent for a while. And, yes, Vivia helped us with that too! But, if we do end up buying in Austin, Vivia will be the first and last realtor I will use. If you want someone hard working and dedicated to you, Vivia is the realtor to choose!
Vivia helped us in buying our first home. It was an amazing experience. Vivia made it so easy for us. We were not local and we just met Vivia once and told her our preferences and that’s it. She did a bunch of video tours for us and we were very sure that Vivia would take care of all the nitty gritty details and that’s just what she did. She would send detailed pictures… of a broken tile… scratches on the floors… just like the things you would notice when you’re going through a home yourself. She would even tell us what would be safe with a baby and what wouldn’t be. As we were expecting our first child, her insights were super helpful and things we wouldn’t have considered/known anyway. She worked with a tough deadline as we wanted to move in as quickly as possible. After a few offer refusals we landed on our perfect home. Thanks to Vivia and her willingness to work even during her vacation, we put in an offer in time for our current home and we couldn’t be happier. She was very thorough with the paperwork and took care of all the details of the contract (knowing we wouldn’t know any of these anyway) with all the financial and legal Mumbo jumbo. She made everything so easy that we pretty much shopped did online shopping for our home. If you’re looking to move to Austin just like we did, I would highly recommend Vivia. She knows the market, great at negotiating deals and above all she’s just so personable. I would give 10 stars (out of 5) if I can! Oh and did I mention we still stay in touch! She’s THAT awesome.
