responsive, professional, and gave honest, helpful advice; never did I feel that he didn’t have my
interests as his top priority. For a real estate market like Austin in 2021, I have no doubt that elite
representatives like Barrett are essential to being able to find the right home with minimal stress. I

I’m really blessed to have found Barrett via my good friend Tamaghna. I would run out of
superlatives or adjectives if I were to describe my experiences of interacting with him.
Although the hunt for my first purchase did take a while as I took some time off to let
the market cool down, which eventually never happened. But this is where my first
impressions of Barret came in when he didn’t push me or forward me anything out of
desperation. This is something which I really appreciate that he put himself in my shoes
& tried to look at things from my perspective. Since this was going to be an investment
property, he also helped me with cashback analysis & often indicated when it didn’t
make sense to go ahead.
Coming back to the Isabel home which we closed recently, Barrett did all the heavy
lifting. The last few weeks had been pretty hectic on the work front, but I am glad that he
had my back & guided me through the process, often proactively to avoid any
last-minute rush. His connections especially on the inspection, lender & title companies
made it feel like a breeze, especially for a remote buyer like me.
As I said I could go on and on with specific situations or incidents, but the underlying
thing is that I have found a new friend or partner in him. He is simply the best & can’t
wait to work with him again.

It was indeed a privilege to get Barrett’s service in purchasing our first home in Austin. I
never thought it would be so easy to purchase something remotely. Trust and

Myself and Barrett had our first e-mail touchpoint in Mid October, we started with
property search criteria and continuously adjusted. Since the start time, Barett was in
regular touch and sent me properties after filtering as per search criteria, thanks for not
sending all the properties around in the market. As I’m overseas with a different
timezone, Barrett made himself available on Whats App, communicating in the timings
that work for me, introducing me to lenders, educating me on the steps that need to

We recently worked with Barrett Sandefur to sell our home in Circle C. He was absolutely wonderful to work with – extremely responsive and easy to get a hold of, very knowledgeable of the market, comps, rules & regulations, etc. & easy to work with all around. He had several connections to local vendors to get our house in the best shape possible at a reasonable price (I.e interior paint, etc.) prior to getting it on the market. He held an open the first weekend we were on the market & we closed the sale in less than 30 days of being on the market. With a house to sell in MD. before moving to Texas, I contacted Barrett who was recommended by a very good friend. Barrett and I were in contact occasionally for a few weeks. He listened carefully as I described the approximate size, general characteristics, and approximate price point of what I’d like in the greater Austin area. I arrived in Texas the end of March. We set up two days the following week to see property. He was so nice, personable and focused it was a pleasure to work with him! At no time did I feel pressured to rush through a home. He always had answers to my questions. There was no hesitation to arrange second visits to a couple homes. An offer was made and a couple days later the house was under contract. All of that was wonderful, but here’s how Barrett went above and beyond what I consider to be the average realtor: The following week I had surgery and spent 2 weeks in rehab. During that time Barrett continued to work on my behalf. He walked me through the entire process, answering questions and explaining items to this widow with limited real estate knowledge. Without the outstanding service from Barrett and a mortgage lender he recommended, I wouldn’t have closed on my home the day after being released from rehab!! Barrett even made arrangements for the closing to take place where I was staying during my early recuperation.
