This is my first time buying a house in my life, and I feel so lucky that I’ve had Xuan help me!!!
I knew nothing about the buying process before I met with Xuan. She was sooooo patient and professional!! During the entire process, Xuan always did everything as quickly as I could imagine and explained my questions very detailed. She knew exactly all the strong/weak points of the houses and could always make great recommendations. My buying process couldn’t go so smoothly without Xuan!

The first time we met with Xuan, what should have been a short meet-and-greet consultation ended up being a 3 hour long chat on a Friday night—and that’s all it took for me to be obsessed!
We came from using Redfin’s agents to Xuan, and I have to say that the level of service couldn’t have been more different. Right from day one with Xuan, we already had a better and more comprehensive view of what the entire process from start to finish should look like. I am quite a picky customer, and she was top notch with her communication and explanations every step of the way.
Sadly, we were able to find a house with her SO quickly (in the dream neighborhood that I’d written off as unaffordable, no less!) that our relationship did not get to last as long as I would’ve liked. We spent 3 months and 4 offers with Redfin, but with Xuan we got our first accepted offer in less than a week. But, the house we found was worth the trade off.
Xuan is a skilled negotiator, and we were happy to find that her analysis jived with our own in every case. She joined us on closing day and made sure to ask any questions we hadn’t. She even brought us a wonderful basket to celebrate our closing. Since closing, she has remained communicative and responsive to my questions and has provided us with many recommendations on contractors.

Sally was a delight to work with. She clearly had our best interests at heart and was an invaluable resource given the long-arm nature of our purchase. She looked out for our best interests, was extremely professional, friendly, warm, and caring, and looked at all the properties through a critical eye instead of just pushing to make the sale. We communicated so often during the process that once we closed we went into “withdrawal” because we weren’t talking on a daily basis anymore. We got a referral to Sally through family. We were planning to move to the Austin area to be closer to our daughter. We contacted Sally, set up a phone appointment, and had a great talk with her about what type of home we wanted and where, and what the buying process in Texas would entail. A few weeks later, we made an initial trip to look at houses in-person. We finally sold our house and flew out to Texas again, this time to buy.
