Sally was a delight to work with. She clearly had our best interests at heart and was an invaluable resource given the long-arm nature of our purchase. She looked out for our best interests, was extremely professional, friendly, warm, and caring, and looked at all the properties through a critical eye instead of just pushing to make the sale. Sally has a great network of professional contractors to pull from, and always had satisfactory answers to any questions which arose. We communicated so often during the process that once we closed we went into “withdrawal” because we weren’t talking on a daily basis anymore. We have made sure to stay in touch however, and do get a chance to speak every couple of weeks. We both consider Sally to be a friend and wouldn’t change a thing. We would work with her again in an instant, and recommend her to anyone.
My wife and I met Sally at an open house where she was the listing agent. We had recently moved to Austin and did not know much about the real estate in Austin. We really enjoyed talking to her and set up a follow up meeting in which she described the market, explained the process, and discussed all the relevant and important details that we should take into account. We asked her to represent us and we are really happy with that decision. Throughout the process, Sally was always responsive and helped us with any questions. She was knowledgeable, professional, and had a lot of useful information about the local market in Austin. But what really makes Sally stand out among other agents in my opinion is that we could truly 100% trust her to be working in our best interests. Sally was always honest with us about the facts and I really appreciate it. We were able to find a great house in less than 3 weeks working with Sally. We also recommended her to another couple. With Sally’s help, they found their house in less than two weeks. We are really happy to have found her and will definitely work with her in future. 100% recommended!
We got a referral to Sally through family. We were planning to move to the Austin area to be closer to our daughter. We contacted Sally, set up a phone appointment, and had a great talk with her about what type of home we wanted and where, and what the buying process in Texas would entail. A few weeks later, we made an initial trip to look at houses in-person. Sally was helpful and kind, and she provided information on the communities we were interested in, in addition to showing us quite a few houses. At this point, we had not yet put our California home on the market, but Sally was great about keeping in touch with us and being patient, as we had to sell our California house before we could purchase in Texas. We finally sold our house and flew out to Texas again, this time to buy. Sally was there (and still is!) with us every step with the way, providing her great expertise and knowledge, along with kindness, laughter, and friendship. She is a top-notch real estate agent who truly cares about her clients and what their needs are. We highly recommend her and will definitely call her when the time comes to buy and/or sell again. In fact, we have introduced her to our daughter to use as her pending real estate agent in the coming months.
I worked with Margaret in selling the home I had owned for the past 24 years, as well as in purchasing a new-construction home, and highly recommend her! Selling the home I had lived in for so long was an emotional process. I took advantage of the hot market during the summer and Margaret helped guide me through 21 offers on my home! The purchase of my new home presented some big challenges, and Margaret was a huge help with her expertise and experience in dealing with the challenges I was facing. She actually discovered a water leak in my new home just prior to my final walk-through, which was a huge save for me, so that I could get the problems addressed prior to closing on my home. I found Margaret Jolly to be unusually qualified in every way, from her academic background, to her specific knowledge of real estate in our local area of Taylor, in addition to Austin. While I appreciated her aesthetic eye in assisting decisions regarding how to best “show” the house, what really sets Margaret apart, in my estimation, was her dedication and hard, physical work she was willing to put forth, coupled with an attentive and listening ear, sensitive to what I was saying and willing to act on it. I did a lot of research to find a realtor and company that is highly regarded in the community. I decided to go with Bramlett Residential Real Estate. I also selected a realtor who’s name is Trey Blanco. You will not meet a nicer guy than Trey Blanco. Let’s face it Car Salesman, Lawyers, and Real Estate agents make us all cringe because they are in it for themselves.
Trey is the opposite. I found him by reading reviews and the reviews were spot on. Trey bent over backwards for me and accompanied me an hour out of Austin to check out new builds and responded to every request I had.
I’m very picky and felt bad going from one house or idea to the next but he was right there with me. He introduced me to Austin and everything it has to offer since I just relocated from AZ. Trey also has a vast network of resources and connected me with a relator in AZ who was just as good as Trey who sold my house on the first day it hit the market.

I contacted Yolanda Johnson on behalf of my parents, who were on the hunt for a comfy home they could spend their retirement years in.

Abby was great to work with. In my experience listing agents often seem to disappear after they have the listing. Abby worked tirelessly to help us get the house sold in a difficult market. Abby remained in contact, offered great advice that helped us market the home and skillfully walked us through closing with a buyer who continued to attempt to negotiate up until the day of closing. I bought a house in Cedar Park and it was really cool to have her on my side. She just jumped and help me getting approved on my loan over the weekend, she contacted me the loan officer and helped me getting all the information and approved over the weekend to avoid loosing the house. it was really cool. I even got a refund later from the company she works for, because they couldn’t reduce the price and I didn’t even know about it. so she is honest and hard working. She made some recommendations about homestead that I didn’t know and she guide me through the process. I recommend using her service 100%.

She got us the exact house we wanted, under asking (yes even in this crazy market), and closed on time with great financing. She was there the whole time.
