I’m really blessed to have found Barrett via my good friend Tamaghna. I would run out of

As I said I could go on and on with specific situations or incidents, but the underlying
thing is that I have found a new friend or partner in him. He is simply the best & can’t

Myself and Barrett had our first e-mail touchpoint in Mid October, we started with
property search criteria and continuously adjusted. Since the start time, Barett was in
regular touch and sent me properties after filtering as per search criteria, thanks for not

We recently worked with Barrett Sandefur to sell our home in Circle C. He was absolutely wonderful to work with – extremely responsive and easy to get a hold of, very knowledgeable of the market, comps, rules & regulations, etc. & easy to work with all around. He had several connections to local vendors to get our house in the best shape possible at a reasonable price (I.e interior paint, etc.) prior to getting it on the market. With a house to sell in MD. before moving to Texas, I contacted Barrett who was recommended by a very good friend. Barrett and I were in contact occasionally for a few weeks.
