Tara McGuire has been an amazing Realtor for me! I really can’t say enough good things. She worked with me to sell my house and buy another one. First of all – selling. I could tell from our initial meeting that she has all of her ducks in a row and thinks of everything. She has a ton of experience and she has a great team who help to support her success. She also is in the loop with contacts for other vendors (home improvement, financial related, etc.) that ended up being important with getting the house ready and actually crucial during the option period for the buyers (an impartial foundation assessment company). I was really impressed with the stager I had access to, and the professional photos of my house were fantastic (both no additional cost for me). Now, buying. I’ve had some twists and turns on my wish list and buying process but Tara has been patient with me and seems to have endless energy with marathon house tour days. I toured some open houses on my own as well, and one of the agents hosting an open house knows Tara and couldn’t say enough good things about her, which reassured me even more than I already knew I made a great choice. One thing that struck me is that she said Tara has a lot of great systems and processes in place and I totally see that. Now we are under contact for our new house, which we are really excited about, and will close this week! I loved that she is taking care of everything for me – she even scheduled the inspection and told me to show up at the end. One thing that I really noticed is that she knows what to say and when. For example, she recommended we go out of town the weekend we listed the house for sale. She gave me a couple interim updates and told me when I got my first offer (plus I had access to the system that records the visits) but basically didn’t worry me about anything until we got all the offers in (7!) and presented which one was best and why it was best. On the other hand, when I was buying, she kept me in the loop with every action – she submitted the offer, the other agent acknowledged, how any negotiations were going, etc. There’s no doubt Tara is a great choice!
This was our second time working with Tara McGuire – this time buying and selling. We were really nervous to buy and sell during the pandemic but Tara made the experience fun and honestly feel very normal. Tara was so professional and used all Covid safety protocols to ensure our family was safe. I have to give kudos to Tara’s negotiating skills as this is the second house we have bought in a multiple offer situation and both times we have come out on top. Tara does a great job being available and guiding you through any questions you may have to make you feel extremely informed and secure in your purchase. Looking forward to working with Tara again in the future!

Tara McGuire was responsive, incredibly easy to work with, and really listened to me and my preferences. We contacted Bramlett Residential Real Estate late in 2016 as we were anticipating moving to Austin however plans changed and we ended up moving to Irving in 2017. We were working with Tara McGuire and even when we told her we would not be moving to Austin but to Irving instead she went above and beyond what was required of her and assisted us in finding a realtor in Irving, Kim Reding, who is wonderful. Afterwards Tara continued to check on us periodically and make sure we were being well taken care of. Tara McGuire was our buying realtor. We were first time home buyers, and pretty nervous. Tara patiently answered all of our questions, took us on tours, and helped us through the entire mortgage process. She was there 100% for anything we needed. I can honestly say that we couldn’t have possibly had a better experience! Thank you Tara for all of your patience and understanding! Your connections and knowledge made everything so easy for us!!
We worked with Tara McQuire. We enjoyed the experience and thought she was top-notch as far as knowledge of Circle C and the process of house hunting and buying. We threw her a curveball when suggesting a buy-lease since we were ready to move in immediately and the house was also ready. Tara handled this complexity well. The sell was executed quickly and without issues.
One concern with Tara is on two different occasions she was sure about an amenity and we asked her to verify. It turned out she was not correct about the amenities which led us to doubt her authenticity. This is not a good position to be in when looking for houses. For example, she mentioned we can build in back of a house on the greenbelt and this later was proving to be incorrect.
Nevertheless she provided a wealth of useful and correct information and while she wanted the sell, she likely did not intentionally misinform us in those two instances.
The other concern we had was a mix-up when the buy-lease ran out and keys were not available for us. We had to drive to seller’s house to pick-up the keys ourselves. This was partly the selling realtor’s fault. A little foresight however could have prevented the problem.
Tara and Bramlett Residential earn 5-stars because in all we had a wonderful experience.
Tara was the perfect realtor for us. We were out of town buyers. She listened to our needs and area location. She scheduled the showings so that we were able to make a selection the first day . She handled the paperwork so that a month’s closing occurred. Tara was responsive, on time, professional, and very helpful. She moved us through in the fast pace that we needed. It was a joy to work with someone who was so skilled in getting the house we wanted at a good price. She and her team handled all of our questions promptly and were wonderful resource people for our new community. Therefore, we believe that we found the best realtor in Austin!

Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! Tara McGuire was our real estate agent when we moved from Houston to Austin. We did not know what part of Austin we wanted to live in but had a list of “must haves”. Tara set us up on her website that would send us alerts on homes that matched our criteria. When one house in particular popped up, I called her and said I need to see this house…Tara set up a showing and then facetimed us in Houston for our “tour”. Tara went above and beyond, helping us every step of the way with our home buying process. She had to jump a lot of obstacles to get us in our dream home but she did!!!!! Tara is extremely organized, uber-responsive, and has this process down – all of which made me feel very confident from the start. Plus, she’s super friendly and fun to hang out with while looking at houses. She turned around our offer in less than 24 hours (!) and when it was accepted she had her inspector there the next day; she even called her foundation expert for a second opinion.
