We LOVED Kasey Gilliam and would (and have!) recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor. She was truly amazing…so easy to work with and certainly went above and beyond for us. She worked tirelessly days, nights, weekends, and even holidays to help us. The transaction went very smoothly because she had prepared us for each step and coordinated everything. Kasey was always looking out for our best interest. I would not have changed a thing and am just so thankful we had Kasey on our side.
Although we had met several Austin agents in the past, no one particularly impressed us. As long distance buyers, it was extra important to find an agent who would work hard for us. We found the agency website and were impressed with the resources for out of town buyers. When we inquired, Kasey Gilliam was assigned to us. That could not have been a better match!
Over two short trips to Austin and much email and text conversation, Kasey helped us understand more about the Austin market and our options. The market emails from her were very helpful and saved us from searching Realtor or Zillow. Kasey was always available — truly, I don’t know how she juggles everything. She has energy and a positive outlook. And I particularly liked that she showed us a couple of houses that weren’t on our list but that she thought we’d like. She also guided us through the process of buying a house that was not yet on the market, and then through a long distance close.
We’ve worked with several outstanding agents in our house-buying past, and Kasey stands at the top of the list with the best of them.

When we were looking to purchase a home and coming from out of the state, our close family friends recommended we work with Kasey Gilliam. She came highly recommended and after our experience with her we now understand why! She was very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable about the Austin area and the towns around Austin. We worked with Kasey Gilliam to find our new home in Georgetown and she was amazing to work with. We were new to the area and Kasey was very patient letting us explore different parts of Austin and knowledgeable of the real estate market here. Kasey made what is normally a very stressful time go smooth and easy. She kept on top of communications with everyone involved including our realtor in Colorado concerning the home we were selling. We just closed on our first house and we are grateful to have worked with the firm, specifically with Kasey Gilliam whose service was absolutely top-notch. My wife and I give her our absolute highest endorsement.
The overall transaction went very smoothly and Kasey was in full control throughout. My wife and I are first time home buyers, which comes with a lot of anxiety, yet Kasey kept us calm and confident. Kasey showed she was an excellent listener by showing us highly relevant properties at the beginning. We found one that was pre-market that we loved and Kasey crafted an excellent strategy that worked out perfectly.
There were four attributes in particular that stood out:
1) analytical nature – Kasey mentioned she was previously a CPA and it showed. We absolutely loved how analytical she was which was incredibly effective for us, since we’re of the same mindset. She did great navigating us through so much uncertainty carefully measuring expected risks & rewards.
2) reliability – she always responded very quickly who was extremely knowledgeable and genuine (e.g. she was unafraid to say she didn’t know instead of trying to fake it like I have encountered in the past). No calls or texts were ignored.
3) reassuring – as first time home buyers she gave us a lot of good and salient information without overwhelming us. She always made sure we understood something before going further. She was calm throughout which gave us incredibly high confidence in her ability.
4) outcome – most importantly, she delivered the outcome that we desired drove the process with few frictions making it much smoother than anticipated.
This is our first purchase so admittedly I don’t have much basis for a comparison. But after reading numerous books and speaking with so many who went through this same process, it’s clear Kasey provides a level of service that is among the very best.
We could not have asked for a better realtor than KASEY GILLIAM!! Kasey was incredibly proactive, knowledgeable, and highly responsive from beginning to end, even as our circumstances changed. We were only in town for a few days, making our house hunt incredibly time sensitive and to be honest, overwhelming. Kasey was able to tailor the search perfectly and her organization helped us to efficaciously make the perfect choice for our needs. One of the things we were most pleased with was her dedication to seeing the process through until the house was completely closed. We were so comfortable with her professionalism and attention to detail we felt completely at ease having her attend our final inspection and Facetime us. She was incredibly accommodating and thoughtful. Kasey even took the initiative to drive by the house on our closing date to make sure everything looked good. I don’t think there is anything we could identify that she could have done better. We would recommend her to friends and family, and seek her out again if we were ever back in the market.
Kasey Gilliam was AMAZING!! As a first home buyer I had little knowledge about the process or what it looked like (and was SUPER nervous) — Kasey made this super easy and helped me understand everything that was happening along the way. Kasey clued me in on a ton of stuff that she didn’t necessarily need to and I truly felt that she had my best interest in mind from start to finish. She answered every question I had right away and was super flexible and quick to get me in to see properties at times that worked with my schedule. She took the time to go over all the documentation with me to ensure I understood what I was signing and agreeing to, she showed up to every inspection and helped research some issues and reached out to her contacts so we could get an estimate of possible repairs. By the time this process was over I felt like an experienced home buyer due to her knowledge and everything she shared with me and made sure I knew.
I feel truly blessed to have been a client of Kasey’s –I’ve spoke to many others who have gone through the processes and often times heard horror stories of their experiences due to their realtor. I still can’t believe I got so lucky to work with Kasey! I have recommended her to every person I talk to! She is experienced, professional and very personable. I love my new house and don’t plan on every leaving — but if I am every in the market for another purchase I can only hope that Kasey would take me on again!
Kasey Gilliam is an absolutely amazing realtor that we were lucky enough to find during our move to Austin. She asks great questions, taking time to really understand what we wanted. Her knowledge of all things Austin and the local market was invaluable. She drove us all over Austin looking at every house we had on our list. And since she had taken the time to really understand what we wanted, she showed us some homes that weren’t on our list that we loved! When we found the one we wanted, Kasey prepared us thoroughly prior to making an offer and I’m thrilled to say that because of Kasey’s advice, we were able to find the perfect place for us!
On a personal note, Kasey is delightful and super fun to be around! She gave us her honest opinions and she never once showed us a home outside of our price range. Kasey was a God-send and I can’t recommend her enough! She cares about us as people-not just clients-she even sent me info on her local tennis club because I mentioned how I wanted to get back into the sport just once.
She was so amazing that we asked her to help my parents find a home when they moved to Austin one month later. She not only understood their needs as an older couple-she helped them find the perfect place and introduced my parents to her parents so that the transition would be easier on them by knowing someone in the new town. Seriously-she really did! Talk about going the extra mile…
I could go on and on about how much Kasey made our dream come true because we easily could have lost the house due to multiple bidders. Trust me – she’s one in a million!

We were considering moving from San Francisco to Austin so we took a trip out to Austin to check out the neighborhoods. Before we went, we did a bunch of research to find a good real estate agent that could show us around. We ended up with Kasey Gilliam from Bramlett Residential and she was amazing! Kasey drove us around the neighborhoods for two days straight, showed us a bunch of properties, gave us an overview of the pros and cons of different neighborhoods in Austin, and also gave us her opinion on each of the properties we saw. I’ve worked with real estate agents that just go with you, open the door, and then don’t give you any advice on the property. In my opinion that’s not helpful at all, and Kasey certainly added a lot of value in our decision-making process! I would highly recommend Kasey to anyone who’s considering buying in Austin.
Kasey Gilliam is not only a great agent, she is an outstanding person. I spent three days with Kasey looking at homes all over the Austin area. She drove our family around to all of our appointments allowing us plenty of time to get to know each other and discuss the properties and areas. There was never a silent moment.
Our family is considering Austin among other cities for a potential relocation. The fact that we weren’t prepared to buy immediately didn’t change the fact that Kasey treated us as valued clients. She put zero pressure on us, and showed us everything we wanted to see. I’ve since thought about what it was about Kasey that made our experience with her so pleasant. I realized that she treated us as if she were a family friend. It was as if your brother or mother’s best friend happened to be in real estate and you had a genuine advocate on your side who only cared about looking out for you. That’s how Kasey made us feel. That she really cared; totally comfortable, totally genuine, and very generous with her time and her life. She shared with us who she was, allowing for a such a genuine connection. She loves what she does and it shows by how easily and eagerly she shows properties.
I’m not sure that Austin will end up being the winning city in our search, but I’d sure love to do business with Kasey. She will have my business forever in Austin. Thank you Kasey.
