First Time Home Buyer
Kim and Kasey from Bramlett Residential were a huge help in finding and closing on our first home! As first time homebuyers my wife and I were wary of the process especially with a new construction home, but Kim and Kasey took us through every step and made it seamless. They were even able to negotiate the price down from the original contract. They were on top of the situation, contacting the builder and closing agency as well to make it a carefree closing process. I don’t think I could overstate how pleased my husband and I were with our realtor Crystal Hirst. We were moving to a brand new state and were first time homebuyers with varying ideas about what we might want from our first home. Crystal was able to see through the “noise” and presented great options for us. She viewed homes for us before we even made it to TX (she takes really great video tours or will video chat while there). This allowed us to minimize our time in temporary housing when we arrived. She made suggestions about areas that might suit our needs; was patient as we asked a number of questions about the process; and her thoroughness in reading sellers disclosures helped us avoid buying a property that had potential eminent domain issues. The house buying experience was truly a bright spot in our move and we have Crystal to thank for making it go so smoothly!
After renting in Austin for 9 years, Corrine turned me into an Austin homeowner! This wasn’t easy, as I picked the most challenging year in recent history to be a homebuyer. Also given the parameters that I didn’t want to move to the outskirts of town to be far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Corrine spent many hours each day gathering houses to consider, creating a list to visit, and driving me to probably close to 30 houses over roughly a month. We made offers on five houses that I recall, as Corrine guided me through that challenging process. And while I was approaching the point of giving up, Corrine refused to do the same — so thankful, as it resulted in the offer on the 5th house being accepted! Corrine helped me with my first home purchase at probably one of the worst times to be a buyer in Austin. She was fantastic!! She first set up a call to go over my wants and needs and explain next steps. Then started pulling searches for me. She was very attentive and made notes and actioned on any listings I liked in the portal we worked out of. When I finally found my house, again, she was there every step of the way. Any questions I had, she answered them in a timely manner and even made some great recommendations. I also really appreciated her coming to my closing for support. I want to *reiterate* I had no idea what I was doing throughout this entire process and Corrine did an amazing job guiding me.
In summary, Corrine and I know my situation was a bit unique and we both won’t forget it anytime soon 😂 but I truly appreciate all her hard work and would recommend her to anyone looking to invest in property!

There aren’t enough positive adjectives for me to describe Lindsey’s working style. If I *HAD* to pick 5 I’d say she is Knowledgeable, Thorough, Clear, Dependable and Patient. She sold me my first ever property last spring and made sure to address every question I had, never making me feel silly for asking it, or not knowing. A little over a year later, when my work took me from Austin to NYC Lindsey made the process of identifying a tenant seamless. Trey Blanco was fantastic to work with. We started our home buying journey in late February when we first reached out. Things got pretty serious only a few weeks later when we started making offers on homes. Our agent Lauren Yoder was simply put incredible for us. She went above and beyond for us to help me and my partner find a home in our price range and desired location. The housing market in Austin has been insane in recent times, and we were starting to lose hope on finding a house at all in the near future. We had Linda representing us in our recent home purchase. We are first time buyers and Linda was very helpful. She was patient, professional and quickly understood what we are looking for.
