I owned two homes in Round Rock and did on line research and reached out to top rated agents. Eric responded almost immediately and followed up with data shortly thereafter.
We spoke two more times and my wife and I made a decision to list with him before any other “top rated” agents even got back to us. One of my BEST decisions ever. He followed through on every aspect and assisted in notifying existing tenants, helped with all phases of the reconditioning (helped pick out carpet and flooring) had get contacts to get the work done, got the proberty listed quickly with great pictures, kept us informed on a regular basis etc. We were 1500 miles away but felt like we were selling the house around the corner because we were kept so informed. The first home had multiple offers and sold in less than 30 days and the second home had multiple offers and sold within 45 days. We have bought and sold many homes and after the sale of these homes my wife commented that we may have difficulty ever dealing with another realtor because no will be able to meet the standards and results like Eric and his team. I am not an easy person to please and don’t usually rate transactions etc but Eric is an unbelievable professional and he is the only realtor I would ever use in the Austin area.

Eric is the best realtor! When we wanted to sell our house we reached out to a few realtors we found online. Eric was the only one to respond immediately and offered the best marketing package. We have closed on several houses in the past and I can say no other realtor has ever provided the level of service Eric provided. We were on the other side of the world while our house was on the market and Eric took care of everything – he was even awake at crazy hours to answer any questions or to give us updates on the progress. I interviewed Eric along with two other Realtors to list/sell my home. After calling two prior realtors and discussing their credentials, results and process, my last phone call was to Eric. It was obvious from that first phone call that Eric was going to be the realtor that I selected.
After selecting him were able to meet within a few days and hit the market within a week.

Well, this is going to sound like so many of the other Five-Star reviews; they are accurate.
I spoke with Eric over the phone and told him that I wasn’t ready to sell but merely wanted to talk to him about possibly selling a year or so from now and if he had some advice, I would appreciate hearing it. I didn’t expect him to come to my house, on time, as prepared as he was with current comparables, appraisals, etc. He did all this on his own – and – Eric is a NO PRESSURE kind of guy. I did not feel at all that he was trying to “make a sale” but that he is truly interested in an honest, professional relationship “…whether you (I) sell my home a year from now or five years from now.”
Eric was very focused – you could almost hear his brain thinking and evaluating everything. He also offered me some great advice on improving my property for a more profitable, quicker sale. In addition, he recommended a design contractor whom I could contact.
OK…enough. Bottom line….if and when I go to sell my home, Eric is definitely at the top of the list.

Eric Bramlett is the bomb. Real Estate dealings are large sums of money. Don’t use that relative or friend of a friend who got into real estate as a side job and only sells 1 or 2 houses a year. There is too much money at stake. Go for an agent who has the stats and the reviews to prove their worth (compare to 88 sales!). Otherwise you could leave tens of thousands of dollars on the table. I used Yelp to find this guy. He was rated the best and fortunately the business is not like construction where you have to wait in line behind all the projects that the best companies get. Because of how efficient and accessible Eric Bramlett is, you can have the best right away! I’ve bought 2 houses and sold one with Eric. Eric found & vetted good tenants for our rental property, and we will do that again soon. He is very smart and useful for financial insight. He brings in experts to help sell your home and maximize your assets. I’ve turned friends on to using Eric as well. Everyone has been thoroughly satisfied. This is the guy you want!

I just worked with Eric to buy my first house. I interviewed a few brokers before deciding to go with Eric. I decided to go with Eric because he didnt waste time trying to sell himself but instead demonstrated his expertise by clearly articulating the pros and cons of properties/ neighborhoods i was considering and directly answering the many questions I had. Eric’s expertise in remodeling homes was also handy because he was able to give me estimates on what it would cost to change specific features on the properties we looked at. All in all I am very happy with my desicion to work with Eric because he consistently delivered great customer service and acted with integrity.
Eric and his team have been exemplary from the beginning. Eric came to visit us 6 months before the listing and kept in touch throughout, just to make sure we understood the market and what we benefit us the most. Eric’s attentiveness to our needs and timelines was nothing less than first class. He answered emails, phone calls, and texted like I was his only client. It was almost to the point where I felt guilty, but then I realized he is still making money! Haha, anyhow, seriously, Eric and his team is first class all the way.

I’ve had experience with a few different realtors over the last 10 years and have purchased both rental properties as well as my primary home. Eric helped our family with our last home and primary residence as we were looking for a new realtor at the time. We found him after reading reviews on Yelp and decided to take the chance and give him a ring.
Me and my wife liked him immediately. The thing we immediately noticed was that he didn’t make assumptions or project his own biases on us. We’ve worked with other realtors in the past that seemed to make way too many assumptions or judgements instead of trying to understand what we were looking for. Eric was extremely patient, receptive, and down to earth without being presumptuous or pushy.
He’s one of the most knowledgable people in the Austin market and that became clear pretty quickly. He’s very humble, but we later found out that he’s not only a realtor, but a property manager and investor in Austin. Best experience ever selling our home with Eric!!! After 3 months with another realtor during peak season with little traffic, mediocre pictures, and much frustration. We contacted Eric, after reading his high recommendations online. We liked him immediately as he is sincere, a good listener, and answered our questions honestly, with abundant knowledge. Our experience with Eric and Bailey was fantastic! This was our first home purchase and we were buying from out of state. We had tons of questions and a lot of items to juggle with the relocation. Eric always responded quickly, addressed every little need or question, and even stayed in daily communication with our builder to ensure the home was ready in time for our move.
Eric and his team did a great job for me. He was willing to “pre-list” my house before we were ready for a full MLS listing and it was under contract within days — without the hassle of prinp up and many showings. AS IS! Contract closed on schedule and without a hickup.

Two years ago he saved us from an ill-conceived decision to hire a (read: the wrong) broker to represent us in the sale of our home. And that alone would have been enough, but Eric also advised us in the by-owner cash purchase of our new home – without representing us in that transaction(!) – by putting us in touch with contractors to refinish wood floors and install a new central heating/air system.
Fast forward two years – we are ready to rebuild the garage, this time with a studio apartment on top of it, and finish out the attic into livable space. Our first stop at our longstanding bank for a home equity loan proved disastrous – their appraiser’s incompetence led to a too-high interest rate and unnecessary points.
So we called Eric, who put us in touch with a mortgage broker, whose appraiser immediately saw the real market value. The result: much more appropriate terms, which of course we accepted.
What does this mean? It means that in 5 or 6 years we plan to downsize into retirement bliss; and when we do, Eric will represent us in BOTH the sale AND the purchase transactions.

Eric helped me prepare and sell my property this summer and did a great job. I needed someone who could tell me what repairs and improvements I could make to get more for the house and he did just that. Eric is the only realtor we will ever use in the Austin area! The summer of 2015 Eric sold our renovated condo in one week. His team was professional and worked together seamlessly. In our initial consultation we interviewed two other top sellers in the Austin area. Eric beat them out handsdown. One of the competing realtors bragged about quick sells but would not go for top dollar and we felt they made an assembly line of their work and lost personal touch. The other competitor didn’t seem to know our neighborhood as well as Eric and our small place didn’t seem like it was going to be a priority. It was fantastic to work with Eric. He did a great job when we bought our house in 2009 and he did not disappoint this time around. We had several challenges with the sale of our house and he was always quick to respond and troubleshoot with us.
